This Privacy Policy describes how Vivid Step collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you use our Vivid Step mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

• Step Data: We read your step count data from your device health & fitness framework to provide core step-tracking features. We do not collect raw GPS location data unless you explicitly authorize it.
• Local Saved Data: Your landmark photos, restoration progress and in-app game records are stored locally on your device and will not be uploaded to our server by default.
• Device & Analytics Data: We may collect Device ID, IDFA, approximate location, app interaction events and crash logs for attribution, statistics, product optimization and troubleshooting.
• Support emails: When you contact us at vividevelopservice@163.com, we keep your email address and message content only to reply and resolve your request.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Calculate step points, unlock landmarks and restore heritage buildings inside the app.
• Save your collection progress, Vivi souvenir photos and mini-game records locally on your device.
• Respond to customer support messages and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Analyze product usage, track marketing attribution, diagnose crashes and improve gameplay, interface and app stability.

4. Data Sharing

We will NOT sell, rent or trade your personal identifiable information to third parties for marketing purposes. You can stop step tracking permission via your system settings anytime. You can reset advertising identifier in your device system settings. You may request deletion of relevant collected data by sending an email to vividevelopservice@163.com.

We adopt standard industry safeguards to protect your stored data. However, no online transmission or electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

Vivid Step is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years old. If you believe we have collected information of a child, contact us immediately.

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new update date. Continued use of Vivid Step after changes means you accept the updated policy.
