These Terms of Service govern your access and use of the Vivid Step mobile application. By downloading, installing and using Vivid Step, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. App Purpose

Vivid Step is a step-counter and casual collection game. It lets users convert daily walking steps into in-game resources to unlock, restore and collect world heritage landmarks, play mini games including Crack Candy, Dice Duel and Heritage Rubbing, and collect souvenir photos with our mascot Vivi.

2. User Conduct

• You shall not tamper with, cheat, modify or automate step data to fraudulently gain step points or restoration props.
• You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, redistribute or resell the app or its assets, illustrations, character Vivi and landmark artworks.
• You may not use Vivid Step for any illegal, harmful or infringing activities.

3. Intellectual Property

All illustrations, mascot Vivi, landmark graphics, game design, texts, source code and UI of Vivid Step are protected copyright works. You obtain only a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal entertainment.

4. No Health Warranty

Vivid Step is for entertainment and step recording only. It is NOT medical equipment. Step data is provided by your device health service and may have measurement errors. Do not treat it as professional fitness or medical advice.

5. Service Availability

We reserve the right to update, maintain, suspend or terminate part or all services of Vivid Step without prior notice. We are not liable for temporary service interruption or loss of saved progress caused by technical failures.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivid Step and its developers shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

7. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to Vivid Step if you violate these terms.

8. Modification of Terms

We can revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Your continued use of the app after publication means you accept the updated terms.
